Skate Park

The City of Ankeny skate park is located at 1400 NW Prairie Ridge Dr next to Prairie Ridge Aquatic Center.

The skate park is over 9,000 sq. ft. of concrete with elements that attract all ages and skill levels. The park includes ramps, stairs, roll-in areas, shelter, benches a vending machine and was rated one of the best skate parks in Iowa by Yahoo! Sports!

The park also features:

• 15 ft. diameter bowl with 6 ft. walls
• 6 ft. and 3 ft. quarter pipes
• Grinding rails
• 4 ft. pyramid
