Staff Directory

I oversee the staff and budget for the City’s water, wastewater and stormwater utilities.  I plan, develop and manage sewer, water and stormwater capital improvement projects, and review plans for private development projects.  As a Professional Engineer, I advise the City’s management team on technical matters.  I am the staff liaison to the Stormwater Stakeholders Group and represent the City on state and local water, wastewater and stormwater groups.
