As a staff member in the Planning and Building Department my role is to assist in the implementation and enforcement of land development and zoning regulations. I serve as a project manager for specific projects related to site plans, subdivisions, annexations, land use and rezonings. I am a resource for property information such as zoning, signage and flood plain as well as additional community development information. I also serve as a project lead on certain planning projects including neighborhood plans, census, streetscapes, etc.
