Computers & Printing
The library has free WiFi called 'AnkenyPublicWiFi'. There is no password required to connect.
Printing is available on the first floor by the Holds area and the second floor by the computers. The first 50 cents of printing from a computer or device is free each day. Printing and copying is 10 cents per page for black and white, 25 cents per page for color.
The printing kiosk accepts nickels, dimes, and quarters, $1, $5, and $10 bills, and debit/credit cards. A $10 hold is placed on cards until the machine finalizes the cost of your printing job, which could take several business days.
Money may be added to a library account for printing, but money on an account cannot be used for fines or purchases from the library.

File uploads are complete when you see 'Job submission successful' and you receive instructions on how to release your print job. Jobs will be held for 24 hours.
Computers are available on a first come, first serve basis. The library does not filter internet access. The default login for library computers is your library card barcode number and the last four digits of the phone number on the account. If you don't have a library card, passes are available at the librarian's desks nearby. Computers are available in one hour increments, and time may be extended if no one else is waiting.
Users must follow the library's Computer and Internet Policy.
There are 12 computers available on the first floor for ages 12 and under, or for caregivers while monitoring their children.
There are 24 computers available on the second floor for ages 13 and older.
Faxing & Scanning
Library staff can send faxes for $1 per transaction. The library cannot receive faxes for you.
Scanning documents to an email address is available on both printers for free.
A charging station is available near the adult computers. You are responsible for monitoring your device while using the charging station.
