Rental Information

The SummerFest Shelter, located east of the Prairie Ridge Aquatic Center, is available for private rental. The cost is $30 for residents and $40 for non-residents.

Make reservations online at ActivityReg. Use the Park Finder page and select the rental facilities category to filter the list.

Reservations can also be made in person  Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Parks and Recreation Office:

Shelters can only be reserved from April - October. Reservations cannot be made more than 6 months in advance. Reservations submitted 72 hours or less before the reservation date will not be accepted. If the date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, you may come in on the preceding Friday.
